PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation device in which temperature of cooling medium to heat-exchange with a subject part can be adjusted. SOLUTION: This cold insulation device is provided with a heat exchanging means 3 to heat-exchange the subject part with the cooling medium, a cooling means 2 to cool the cooling medium, a heat accumulating means 30 comprising a sealed container filled with heat accumulating agent and a tube member penetrating the sealed container to heat-exchange with the cooling medium flowing in the tube member to cool the heat accumulating agent, first cooling medium circulating means 5 and 6 to circulate cooling medium between the cooling means 2 and the heat accumulating means 30, and second cooling medium circulating means 7, 8, and 9 to circulate cooling medium between the heat exchange means 3 and the heat accumulating means 30. In the middle of on-going passages 7 and 8 of the second cooling medium circulating means, a mixing tank 4 having prescribed inner volume is provided. A branched flow means 10 branched from a middle part of a return passage 9 of the second cooling medium circulation means is provided to be connected to the mixing tank 4.
