PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic unlocking system capable of rapidly and easily rescuing if a fire occurs even when aged or handicapped persons are in a building. SOLUTION: A door 1 having a locking part 2 is installed at the entrance of the room of the building. The automatic unlocking system comprises an unlocking part 3 bringing the locking part 2 of the door 1 into an unlocked state if the fire occurs and a control part 4 transmitting unlocking instruction signals to the unlocking part 3. The locking part 2 of the door 1 comprises a dead bolt 14 tightening the door 1 and a latch bolt 11 temporarily locking the door 1. The unlocking part 3 comprises a release mechanism 15 for the dead bolt 14 and a invalidation mechanism 12 for the latch bolt 11. When the unlocking part 3 receives unlocking instruction signals from the control part 4, the unlocking part 3 operates the release mechanism 15 for the dead bolt 14 to release the dead bolt 14, and operates the invalidation mechanism 12 for the latch bolt 11 to invalidate the latch bolt 11 to bring the door 1 in an open wait state.
