PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant reinforcing construction method for a foundation for reinforcing a skeleton of a detached house for a long time, and in particular for improving earthquake resistance. SOLUTION: The construction method reinforces the foundation by gluing a low elastic fibrous sheet 6 having a coefficient of elasticity of 10 to 80 GPa to surfaces of a foundation concrete 2 and a structural plywood 5 which is attached to side faces of a sill 3 and a column 4 by using an adhesive agent.
