PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-water washing toilet seat device which can cancel the leakage of an electromagnetic wave by applying a current in an opposite direction, to thereby minimize electromagnetic leakage to the outside of a main body thereof. SOLUTION: A control substrate 2 provided to the main body of the warm-water washing toilet seat device, and electric wires connecting at least a warm-water heater 6 and a warm-water heating safety means 7 are arranged such that the outgoing and incoming electric wires extending from the control substrate 2 as a starting point to be connected to the warm-water heater 6 and the warm-water heating safety means 7, respectively, are arranged in the vicinity of each wire.
