摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing combined filament yarn with an elongation difference, capable of controlling the elongation difference between filament groups. SOLUTION: This method for producing the combined filament yarn with the elongation difference has processes (a) to (c) as follows; (a) a process for extruding a polymer from a nozzle plate 12 and forming a plurality of extruded filament groups arranged in rows comprising substantially one to three rows; (b) a process for passing the extruded filament groups through passageways for the filament groups mounted on the downstream side of the nozzle plate, respectively, and simultaneously contacting each of the extruded filament groups with a gas flow having a velocity component in the direction of extruding the extruded filament group in the passageway; and (c) a process for gathering a plurality of the filament groups and taking up the groups as a line of multifilament yarn threads, wherein the process (b) is conducted by satisfying conditions (1) to (4) as follows: (1) a velocity component in the direction of extruding the filament group of a gas flow of at least one filament group is larger than those of the other groups; (2) a position at which at least one filament group contacts with the gas flow is closer to the nozzle plate than those of the other filament groups; (3) a temperature of the gas flow contacting with at least one group is higher than those of the other groups; and (4) an average circumferential length of a cross section of a single fiber of the filament in at least one group is longer than those of the other groups.
