PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate dislocation when a sheet-like object is gripped and abrasion powder produced when an opening/closing guide and a lever are contacted with each other. SOLUTION: In an endless link device 3 made of two or more equal length link devices 31 formed in a folding ruler, with regard to a gripping device 2 which is set at the inside end of the equal length link device 15 and holds the sheet-like object 1, the opening/closing direction of an upper gripper 202 in relation to a lower gripper 203 is made to be approximately vertical to the surface of the sheet-like object, and it is opened/closed by magnetic force and spring force.
