PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of easily holding a prescribed state of displaying merchandise and providing information relating to the merchandise simultaneously with the display of the merchandise. SOLUTION: The display device 5 comprises substrates 12 and 22 provided with display parts 12a and 22b capable of displaying the information relating to the merchandise and transparent merchandise arranging plates 14 and 24 extended along the display parts 12 and 22 and provided with merchandise arranging parts 15, 26 and 28 for arranging the merchandise 2 and 3 at prescribed positions on the opposite side of the display parts 12 and 22.
