PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sieve for efficiently sieving powder without scattering it in the work of sieving the powder, for which maintenance is facilitated. SOLUTION: A frame is provided on the side face of a sieve part and a cylindrical container is freely rotatably housed on the inner side of the frame. A knob is attached to the cylindrical container and a projection part is provided on the side face so as to reduce friction at the time of rotation. The powder is put in from an upper opening part in the state that the lower opening part of the cylindrical container is in contact with the sieve part, the cylindrical container is rotated with the knob while holding it by the frame on the side face, and the powder is sieved.
