PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a seat receiving member for a revolving chair, with which the seat receiving member is easily assembled without the need of pretreatment such as welding. SOLUTION: In the revolving chair, a support member 6 having a cylindrical base body 14 in a vertical direction and a support flange 15 extended outward from the lower part of the base body 14 is fixed to the upper end of a leg support 5 which is made unturnable. The cylinder part 22 of a lower bush 21 provided with an outward receiving flange 23 on the lower part of the cylinder part 22 is fitted from below in the attaching hole 17 of the seat receiving member 7 provided with a seat part 11 on an upper part and provided with the attaching hole 17 on the center, the base body 14 in the support member 6 is fitted inside the attaching hole 17 of the seat receiving member 7 and the cylinder part 22 of the lower bush 21, the seat receiving member 7 and the lower bush 21 are held by both of the support flange 15 in the support member 6 and an annular pressing plate 31 attached to the base body 14 in the support member 6 from above, and thus the seat receiving member 7 is freely turnably attached to the support member 6.
