A process for producing a nanoparticle-containing composition, in particular, a process for producing medicated composite particles containing a medical drug and a biocompatible polymer, which comprises the nanoparticle forming step of adding a fat-soluble vitamin C(VC-IP), PLGA and an organic solvent to a 0.2 wt.% aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution to thereby form medicated biocompatible nanoparticles; the distillation step of distilling off the organic solvent from the solution after the nanoparticle forming step; and the compositing step of compositing the obtained nanoparticles.
