<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which prevents ink shortage during image recording, stabilizes the quality of a printed product, and ensures good productivity, and to provide an image recording device, and an efficient image recording system. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor 7 is formed of a reception control means 70 for receiving image information, an image information storing means 79 for storing therein the image information, an image information control means 73 for controlling the contents of the image information storing means 79, a processing means 74 for converting the image information into data, a data storing means 80 for storing therein the data, a data control means 75 for controlling the contents of the data storing means 80, and a display and input means 71 for displaying jobs in a list and inputting instructions for respective processing items. The processing means 74 arithmetically operates the number of ink dots from the data obtained from arithmetic operation, and carries out simulation calculation for calculating the amount of ink consumption from the number of ink dots.
