<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized generator capable of achieving excellent braking performance without having a complicated structure. <P>SOLUTION: This small-sized generator 1 is provided with a rotating shaft 21 formed with a blade 51, rotors 22, 23 rotating integrally with the rotating shaft 21, a plurality of magnets 221, 231 arranged so as to have poles different from each other in rotational directions of the rotors 22, 23, a coil 241 disposed so as to face the magnets 221, 231, bearings 31 supporting the rotating shaft 21. Each of the bearings 31 is formed with a resistance member 33 for preventing the rotating shaft 21 from moving in the axial direction in accordance with a force a blade 51 receives.
