PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter control device capable of preventing drive of a starter motor when steering lock is in a locked state.

SOLUTION: The starter control device 15 for controlling electric power supply from power supply 23 to the starter motor 16 is equipped with an electric power supply means (15) for supplying electric power from the power supply 23 to the starter motor 16 when a starter operation permission signal for permitting the drive of the starter motor 16 is input and an unlock signal indicating that the steering lock is in an unlocked state is input.
