<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time and to lighten a processing load as to, for example, a sound field control system. <P>SOLUTION: In the sound field control system 100, a signal processing part 300 is equipped with a BPF 310 which divides a sound signal into a plurality of frequency bands and an APF 320 which corrects the sound signal by adding reflected sound pattern to the sound signal by the divided bands. The APF 320 is an infinite impulse response type filter and is made variable in delay quantity and gain as coefficients. When sound field control processing is performed, reverberation characteristics by the sound signal having been passed through the BPF 310 and APF 320 are measured in a reproduced sound field and compared with premeasured reverberation characteristics of a source sound field. As a result of the comparison, the coefficient which gives characteristics closest to the reverberation characteristics of the source sound field is set to the APF 320 corresponding to the band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
