PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device instrument and a method which increase accessibility of a priority user to a target user during a session in existing active call who uses a cellular phone. SOLUTION: In an example, a mobile trucking component (102) of the device (100) performs interruption. It is enabled that a first user communicates with a second user during a session in existing active call who uses a mobile communication device (106) by performing interruption.
