PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat magnetic element that can be mounted without distinguishing a side (or a direction) in which electrodes are located in a flat magnetic element having a square outer shape. SOLUTION: In the square, flat magnetic element surrounded by four sides, four electrodes are provided along each side, each two adjacent electrodes of the four electrodes are joined as one set of electrodes.
