PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for safely and easily sending and receiving files while using no software other than standard software, without reporting security information on the Internet in advance. SOLUTION: When a transmission request from a user occurs, a certain undecodable access key and a password made in a pair are created. A subfolder for the name of the access key is created on a disclosure FTP server where the display of a list of folders is controlled, and the subfolder is used as a place where data are delivered. The password is sent to a receiver by use of email. On receiving the password, the receiver acquires the access key and specifies the name of the subfolder on the disclosure FTP server to receive the data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
