Driver operation information is inputted to an own vehicle driving intention estimation part 312 to estimate a going direction at the next arrival intersection, namely, whether the driver will go straight, turn to the left, or turn to the right at the next arrival intersection. A vehicle speed value from a vehicle speed sensor 311 is converted into a jerk value by a preprocessing part 314, and features of driving are extracted by a driving feature calculation part 315. An intersection model database reference part 316 accesses an intersection model storage device 317 and selects one of 8 patterns of intersection models on the basis of intersection shape model and a next arrival intersection going direction estimation result and reads out intersection shape-classified risk factor area model information, and a risk factor area is estimated on the basis of this information by a risk factor area estimation part 318, and display data is generated, and the risk factor area is displayed on a display device 319.
