CONSTANT CURRENT SOURCE CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a circuit response speedily by regulating an electric potential of an inner node to reach a steady potential speedily in the event of switching from a stand-by mode to an active mode. SOLUTION: The constant current source circuit comprises a control signal for switching between a stopped state and an operating state, a capacitor 26 for phase compensation, and a capacitor 27 for charging connected between the control signal and the capacitor 26 for phase compensation. The inner node to which the capacitor 26 for phase compensation is connected is charged by the capacity coupling of the control signal and the capacitor 27 for charging, and control is made so that the potential of the inner node of the current source reaches the steady potential speedily.
