PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily search the storage destination of an original file in making a duplicate copy of a file. SOLUTION: When a created document is stored, an attribute information setting part 18 sets, as attribute information for this document, a folder for actually storing the document as own document storage place information and a folder for storing the original document of this document as original document storage place information. When a document is newly created as an original document, the same content as the own document storage place information set to the original document storage place information of this document. When a duplicate document is created, the folder actually storing it is set to the own document storage place information of the duplicate document, and the same content as the original document storage place information of a document of the duplication source is set to the original document storage place information of the duplicate document. An information output part 14 displays, as property information of a document, the folder actually storing this document and the folder storing the original document thereof.
