PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modifying method realizing an energy saving improvement for turbo refrigerator and respective floor AHU techniques, which are often seen in a conventional large-scale building with a high energy saving ability above 50% without the necessity of replacement of tenants and the like. SOLUTION: The cold water temperature level of the turbo refrigerator is increased up to about 14°C, the evaporating temperature is increased above 10°C, the capacity of a cooling tower is increased up to about twice at the same time, the condensing temperature is decreased down to about 38°C, the compression ratio is decreased, and the COP of the refrigerator is improved by nearly 50°C. Dehumidification is performed by that the respective AHU's comprise outside air conditioners with another refrigerator and the temperature and the humidity are independently controlled.
