PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to diaphragms for supporting a spool. SOLUTION: A pilot valve 21 for a positioner has supply pressure chambers 22 and output pressure ports 23 formed for communication via supply valve seats 26, a nozzle back pressure chamber 28 in communication with one supply pressure chamber 23, an atmospheric chamber 32 formed adjacently to the nozzle back pressure chamber 28 via one diaphragm 30, a supply air pressure chamber 29 formed adjacently to the atmospheric chamber 32 via the other diaphragm 30 on the opposite side to the nozzle back pressure chamber 28, the spool 31 movable to the output pressure chambers 23 as supported by the diaphragms 30, valve elements 27 provided with supply valves 2701 and exhaust valves 2702 and inserted such that the supply valves 2701 can stop the supply valve seats 26 and the exhaust valves 2702 can stop openings of the spool 31, and restrictors 41 connected to output ports 25 formed in the output pressure chambers 23.
