PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin member with a hard coat which can easily perform the fine adjustment of a color tone. SOLUTION: The resin member has a substrate 101 comprising a light transmitting acrylic resin, a light transmitting synthetic resin, etc., and a colored hard coat layer 102 formed on the surface or the back of the substrate 101. The colored hard coat layer 102 is obtained by spraying a hard coat liquid 110 on the substrate 101 and curing the liquid 110 by irradiating with ultraviolet rays. The hard coat liquid 110 contains an ultraviolet curing resin 111 for curing the hard coat liquid 110, a solvent for dissolving the resin 111, and a pigment 112 for colorig the hard coat liquid 110.
