PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of wrinkles in hydraulic molding of hollow structure components having outside surfaces varying in sectional peripheral lengths of respective plate materials. SOLUTION: The hydraulic molding device is used for hydraulic molding of a preform 20 constituted by joining the peripheries of the overlapped plate materials 30 and 40 to a hydraulic molding member 10 having the outside surfaces varying in the sectional peripheral lengths of the respective plate materials. The hydraulic molding device has a mold 130 which is arranged with the preform on the inner side, a fluid supply means 140 for bulging the preform to a shape complying with the inside surface shape of the mold by adding liquid pressure to the inner side of preform subjected to mold clamping, and a peripheral length control means 35 disposed at the one plate material 30 eventually constituting the outside surface on the longer side of the sectional peripheral length after the hydraulic molding of the plate material of the preform to increase the sectional peripheral length prior to the hydraulic molding of the one plate material.
