PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sponge rubber which has excellent sealing performance, softness, low temperature characteristics and appearance. SOLUTION: This ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated dienic copolymer-containing rubber composition comprises the following (A) and (B), and satisfies the following conditions (1) to (3). The low mol. wt. component (A) : an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated dienic copolymer component in which the iodine values of dicyclopentadiene and ethylidenenorbornene are 2 to 10 and 5 to 15, respectively. The high mol. wt. component (B) : an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated dienic copolymer component in which the iodine values of dicyclopentadiene and ethylidenenorbornene are 0 to 2 and 15 to 25, respectively. (1) The Mooney viscosity is 60 to 120. (2) A Q value (Mw/Mn) which is the ratio of a weight-average mol.wt./number-average mol.wt. determined by measuring by GPC method is 3.0 to 5.0.
