PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the safety of a worker who handles refuse. SOLUTION: This refuse collecting vehicle 1 is provided with a tilting hydraulic cylinder 7 for tilting a refuse storage box 3; a turning hydraulic cylinder 8 for turning a refuse throw-in box 4 relative to the refuse storage box 3; and a loading device 5 for pushing refuse thrown into the refuse throw-in box 4, into the refuse storage box 3. The refuse collecting vehicle 1 is further provided with a sound collecting microphone 104 for recognizing the worker's voice. When the worker's voice is recognized by the sound collecting microphone 104 during operation of at least one of the tilting hydraulic cylinder 7, turning hydraulic cylinder 8 and loading device 5, the device in operation is stopped, and operation contents are announced from a loudspeaker 103 before the operation.
