PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work of recycling and disposal such as collection of used paper carton or storage work by easily cutting and opening an inner side wall via perforations easily formed at the inner side wall of a paper carton and flattening the carton easily. SOLUTION: In a paper carton having a foldable side wall of double-structure with an inner side wall and an outer side wall, perforations for cutting and opening the inner side wall are formed at a set of opposing inner side walls.
