PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set various adjustment values. SOLUTION: A label pasting device of the invention has a jog dial interface 5 structured so that data corresponding to a pulse signal according to the rotation output from a jog dial 6 is supplied to a CPU 1 when an operator rotates the jog dial 6 clockwise or counterclockwise. The CPU 1 judges that the jog dial 6 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise based on the data and increases/decreases the adjustment value displayed on the display unit 7 according to the rotating direction. When a predetermined key of a key input unit 4 is operated while a desired adjustment value is displayed on the display unit 7, the adjustment value displayed on the unit 7 is fixed and stored in an EEPROM 13.
