PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device capable of performing tilt adjustment, changing the impact energy absorption load, and absorbing the secondary impact energy at the tilt adjustment position. SOLUTION: The steering device comprises a housing 2 to store and support a steering shaft, a mounting body 4 in which one end of the housing 2 is pivotally supported by a pivot 3, and an oscillation member 5 which is pivotally supported by the pivot 3 and integrally oscillated with the housing 2. A moving body 62 which is movable in the direction across the longitudinal direction of the housing 2 is provided on the oscillation member 5, and the moving body 62 is engaged with the housing 2. A pair of guide faces 61 and 61 are provided, in which the engagement position with the moving body 62 is changed in the longitudinal direction of the housing 2.
