PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating moving device which has wings suitable for a flight by flapping the wings. SOLUTION: A wing part 4 has a front edge part 41 and a wing surface film part 442 extending from the front edge part 41 toward a rear edge part. An inside branch part 421 and a connecting member 43 are provided at a place closer to a base L of the front edge part 41 rather than to an end K of the front edge part 41. The inside branch part 421 and the connecting member 43 are connected to a wing surface edging part 441 constituting the rear edge part of the part 442. At the flight by flapping the wings, a wing driving mechanism moves the front edge part 41 to reciprocate and twist the front edge part 41. At the time, the inside branch part 421 and the connecting member 43 regulate elastic deformation of the part 442 in a manner that an angle of attack of the part 442 on the side of the base L of the front edge part 41 is larger than an angle of attack of the part 442 on the side of the end K of the front edge part 41.
