PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article and an inner absorptive article provided with three-dimensional gathers having a sufficient height capable of preventing body fluid from leaking out or oozing out. SOLUTION: In an absorptive pad 1 comprising a liquid-permeable top sheet 2 positioned on a surface abutting on a human body, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 positioned on a surface on the opposite side of the top sheet 2, an absorbent 4 interposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 and the three-dimensional gathers 6 erected at both longitudinal side edge parts of the absorbent 4 on the side of the top sheet 2, a flap part 32 where the back sheet 3 is folded back to the side of the top sheet 2 roughly along both longitudinal side edge parts of the absorbent 4, a stuck part 33 where a part of the flap part 32 is stuck to both longitudinal side edge parts of the top sheet 2 and a bonded part 34 where the stuck part 33 is folded back to the side of the top sheet 2 and bonded to the top sheet 2 are formed, and at least a part of the three-dimensional gathers 6 is constituted of the flap part 32.
