PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system in fish farming equipment, with which reduction in energy efficiency is controlled. SOLUTION: This cogeneration system has constitution that various apparatuses necessary for the fish farming equipment are driven by electric power supplied from a generator 10 and is equipped with a first heat exchanger 12 for heating water stored in a water storage tank 11 by using heat generated by driving the generator 10, a second heat exchanger 14 for heating water in a heat sterilization tank 13 by using heat of water heated in the water storage tank 11, and a water temperature regulating means 15 for regulating a water temperature so that thermally sterilized water in the heat sterilization tank 13 is adjusted to a set temperature just before directly returning the water to a rearing water tank.
