The tool has a operating spindle (27) connected with a drive shaft (22) above a swiveling gear, which is designed in such a manner that the spindle swivels opposite to an input shaft of the gear in a range from 0 to 90 degrees. Two cardan joints are directly/indirectly connected with the spindle and the input shaft of the gear, respectively. Position of the spindle is determined by a determining device.
