<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconveniences with pet care services occurring in case there is no pet shop nearby, such as having to go to a shop, having to pay a high fee for dispatch or transportation, or having no choice but to bring a pet to the shop. <P>SOLUTION: A pet care service system that uses a dedicated light vehicle uses a franchise system to let a main-office server singly start and operate a website and thus allow a customer to make an appointment from the website to receive the pet care service at the appointed time at low cost without having to move himself.
