AUDIO/VIDEO SIGNAL BULK TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, AUDIO/VIDEO SIGNAL SPLITTER AND AUDIO/VIDEO SIGNAL SYNTHESIZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk transmission system for transmitting an audio/video signal with an amount of information increased as the quality of a video image is enhanced without increasing the frequency bandwidth being occupied by a wireless signal, and also to provide an audio/video signal splitter and an audio/video signal synthesizer.

SOLUTION: An MPEG2 TS splitter 300 has a section for splitting an audio/video signal (MPEG-2 TS) into a plurality of split audio/video signals, and an MPEG2 TS splitter 400 has a first delay adjusting section for adjusting the order of delivering objective packets of split and synthesis to a synthesizing section according to a cyclic counter (Continuity Counter), a system standard time information creating section for creating STC based on PCR, a system standard time adjusting section for operating the mean value of a pluralty of STCs, and a program reference time adding section for adding PCR to an audio/video signal synthesized according to the mean value.
