PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that prevents abuse and whose operability is enhanced. SOLUTION: A fingerprint sensor 102a of a fingerprint detection apparatus 102 is provided in a display unit 10. A fingerprint is registered, and when the fingerprint sensor 102a finds a match with the registered finger, a current is passed through a solenoid coil 17 to move a locking piece 115 to disengage the display unit 10 from a body 11. Then a torsion spring 112 is used to drive the display unit 10 for rotation. Further, a CPU 114 directs a DC/DC converter to supply power to the display part 10 and each part from the DC/DC converter. When deployed, the device is immediately actuated.
