PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor device capable of smoothly mounting (downloading) an object corresponding to equipment and smoothly reporting a communication error or the like with the equipment. SOLUTION: An object 221 for adaptor is preliminarily mounted on a network communication processing part 22 of the adaptor 20. When the adaptor 20 is connected to the equipment 30, the adaptor communicates, as adaptor, with a controller 10 by use of the adaptor object 221 to download an object 222 for connecting destination equipment to the network communication processing part 22. When the communication with the connecting destination equipment 30 is laid in an error state, the adaptor reports, as an adaptor, the communication error to a controller 10 by use of the adaptor object.
