PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recovery data through a network. SOLUTION: A client 10 is installed with software for performing communication with a center server 300. The client 10 acquires information or the like for a plurality of PCI devices provided in the own device and transmits it to the center server 30 as shown by the solid line arrow in the drawing. The center server 30 determines the model of the client 10 based on the information received from the client 10. The center server 300 transmits information for a site server 100 having the shortest distance on the network with the client 10 among a plurality of site servers connected to a recovery data providing system 100 to the client 10 based on the IP address of the client 10.
