PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a plastic resin composition, especially a polyolefin resin composition, the resin composition has insufficient heat resistance even by using chromium-antimony complex yellow titanium oxide pigment and is changed in color when molded at a high temperature of≥about 250°C. SOLUTION: The yellow titanium oxide-based pigment comprises chromium and antimony that contain at least two kinds of third elements selected from the group consisting of phosphorus, magnesium, lithium, zinc, aluminum and calcium on the surface and/or the inside of a particle and a coating film of aluminum oxide and/or tin oxide on the surface of the particle.
