RESIN-MADE MICROCHANNEL SUBSTRATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made microchannel substrate suitable for filtration, classification or manufacturing of an emulsion. SOLUTION: In the resin made microchannel substance, a recessed part 11 communicating with a liquid feed opening and a bank part 12 touching the recessed part 11 and provided with many fine grooves 13 on the surface are formed on the surface of a resin substrate 1. Further, fine flow passages passing through between the inside of the recessed part and the outside of the recessed part with the grooves 13 of the bank part 12 are formed in the state of tight contact between a flat plate as a cover and the substrate 1. The width and height of the fine flow passages are respectively within a range of 1-300μm, and the ratio of the width to the height of the passages is within a range of 1:20 to 20:1.
