PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper preventing from soiling the clothes and the skin of a wearer when wearing the diaper, eliminating from getting stuffy or contact dermatitis, facilitating the locking of a fastening tape and having superior aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: This developing type diaper is provided with a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable and gas permeable back sheet, and an absorbent body disposed between the both sheets, fastening tapes 11 are disposed in both side edge parts of either one of the front part or the back part, and a front sheet 14 engaged with the fastening tape is disposed on the back sheet surface of the other part. This diaper is characterized in that the front sheet is composed of a stacked body comprising a first non-woven fabric layer including a heat melting fiber and a second non-woven fabric layer disposed thereunder, the second non-woven fabric layer is provided with a printing part, the first non-woven fabric layer is formed of at least a single linear filmed part 15 treated by the heat melting along the longitudinal direction of the diaper, and the printing part in the portion is visually recognized denser than the circumferential part.
