<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device and a hydrogen supply device used in a fuel cell capable of simplifying a structure, reducing the manufacturing cost, and being mass-produced and miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: In this combustion device for burning a gas for the second combustion after burning a gas for the first combustion, a first combustion gas leading-out part 22 for leading out the gas for the first combustion and a second combustion gas leading-out part 23 for leading out the gas for the second combustion are mounted on a combustion part, and the combustion part 3 is further has a flame plate 3 connected with a first combustion gas feeding part 20 for feeding the gas for the first combustion and a second combustion gas feeding part 21 for feeding the gas for the second combustion at its rear face.
