<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the whole control by reducing a burden of sound source processing. <P>SOLUTION: To a DSPRAM 6 in which a program area for storing two or more module programs for performing various kinds of signal processing to a musical signal, and a work area for storing a data group processed by each module program are divided into groups according to each kind of signal processing, a CPU 1 transfers the module programs to a DSP 4 for each group in the program area, and transfers a group of data corresponding to the module programs for each group in the work area.
