<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee authenticity when reusing declaration data, in an electronic declaration system, an electronic declaration method and an electronic declaration program. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic declaration system has: a reception part 101 receiving financial information data from a user terminal 200; a financial information data storage part 102 storing the financial information data into a database 150; a schema setting part 103 determining specifications of the declaration data; a data processing part 104 applies the financial information data to the specifications of the declaration data in the schema setting part 103 and processing them; a declaration data generation part 105 applying an electronic signature to the processed financial information data to generate the declaration data, and storing them into the database 150; a declaration execution part 106 transmitting the declaration data to a terminal 300 of a supervisory organization, receiving a declaration result, associating the declaration result to the corresponding declaration data and recording them into the database 150; a declaration data extraction part 107 extracting the declaration data associated with the declaration result from the database 150 according to a presentation instruction of the declaration data to a third party organization; and a declaration data presentation part 108 applying the electronic signature to the declaration data associated with the declaration result, and transmitting them to a terminal 400 of the third party organization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
