<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which is used in light-emitting-diode devices and is free from cracks or peeling of adhering portions due to the actions of heat or stresses. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for light-emitting-diode devices includes a thermoplastic polymer containing epoxy groups and a compound containing a functional group that can make an addition reaction with the epoxy group or a polymerization catalyst that can catalyze a ring-opening polymerization reaction of the epoxy group, wherein the flow property of the thermoplastic polymer is suppressed by cross-linking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
