<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of wrong articles and to dispense with repair work following the erroneous input of data by preventing erroneous input caused by mistaking documents. <P>SOLUTION: An article management slip processor 2 and a parts acceptance slip processor 3 are both reader-writers for RFID tags, and read information from the RFID tag of a document set by a worker and transmit the information to a management device 1. When the parts management slip processor 2 reads shipment parts information from the RFID tag of a parts management slip and transmit it to the management device 1, the management device 1 collates the shipment parts information with parts specification information obtained from the parts acceptance slip processor 3 and discriminates the propriety of the shipment parts information. The discriminated result is transmitted as an OK signal or NG signal to the parts management slip processor 2.
