<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board for reducing inconveniences, such as leakage due to the exposure of a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: In the flexible wiring board 15, a cover film 4 for covering an electrode 3 excluding the terminal 3a is applied onto a base film 2 in which a plurality of electrodes 3 are aligned with a prescribed interval via an adhesive material 5, and the terminal 3a is coated by plating 7.
