PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with high rigidity, even though a resin composition is used as the base body. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, formed by forming a photosensitive layer on the surface of a cylindrical base body, the cylindrical base body is obtained by molding the resin composition, and a second member is formed so as to be inscribed or to be embedded in the inside of the cylindrical base body, when or after the resin composition is molded.
