PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telecommunication system, method, apparatus, and computer readable medium, implementing an open application program interface (API) wherein open API servers transmit and receive API commands to applications through a novel proxy. SOLUTION: An exemplary apparatus comprises an open API server for communicating with a user device and for transmitting and receiving API commands, and a proxy for receiving the API commands from the open API server, for transmitting the received API commands to an application, for receiving responses from the application, and for transmitting the received responses to the open API server, wherein the proxy transmits service contract implementation parameters to the open API server, which controls the transmission of the API commands from the service contract implementation parameters.
