PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demodulate a received signal correctly by compensating a shift in phase completely and preventing an interference between sub-carriers. SOLUTION: A frequency offset detecting unit 102 detects a frequency offset from a received signal. A frequency offset compensating unit 103 compensates the received signal by using the detected frequency offset. An instantaneous phase variation detecting unit 104 detects a total phase variation amount from the received signal, subtracts the frequency offset from the total phase variation amount and detects an instantaneous phase variation amount. An instantaneous phase variation compensating unit 105 compensates the signal, of which the frequency offset is compensated, by using the detected instantaneous phase variation.
